Great for keeping track of daily portions
I find portion control easier than counting calories, and this app based on the Canada Food Guide is a simple and easy way to stay on track. The ability to adjust the number of portions is very helpful in personalizing it to your particular needs. No food enters my mouth without being entered into this app first. This makes me think about what Im eating and why, and encourages me to plan ahead. Im eating healthily, I feel great, Im getting closer to a healthy weight, my blood pressure is great ... Its all good! Thanks, to the developer of this app and to the Canada Food Guide.
